Vocational Training and cooperative education PROGRAMMES

DESMA is a leading player in the special-purpose engineering sector. We develop, manufacture and market injection moulding machines, polyurethane processing plant, automation systems and moulds for industrial footwear production. Innovative technologies, high quality standards and our strict focus on the customer’s requirements have made us the leading supplier in this market segment.

In 2015, we were awarded the title of “Innovation Ambassador” by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Stade, North Germany.

Vocational training has always played an important role at DESMA. We offer a pleasant atmosphere and are open to new ideas, show our appreciation of each individual employee and have a team of highly specialised professionals who are glad to pass on their knowledge to the next generation.

We offer training in the following occupations: mechatronics maintenance technician, electronics technician for industrial systems, industrial maintenance mechanic and industrial management assistant. We also offer places on cooperative education programmes for the qualification of Bachelor of Science in Applied Informatics and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Engineering.
